Reasons to Choose an Industrial Wedding Venue in the Hudson Valley
Before we get into the best industrial wedding venues in the Hudson Valley, here are a few reasons why an industrial venue is the way to go!
Industrial Wedding Venues are Rustic and Modern
Most of the Industrial wedding venues listed here are from the early 19th century. When the Hudson River provided transportation and water to power the mill along it’s shores. With an industrial venue, you get the cozy feeling of a historical place, but combined with an upscale, modern twist. So if you love the comfort of a rustic venue but aren’t super into barns and farms, an industrial space is perfect for you!
You Can Make an Industrial Wedding Venue Your Own
One of the best things about an industrial wedding venue in the Hudson Valley is that you can really customize the space to make it your own. Industrial venues are usually a “blank slate,” with simple design and minimalist style that allows you to add your own decor. With florals, greenery, lights, and other decorations, you can really change how the place looks, so that it’s perfect for you and your wedding day!
Unique Architecture
One of the things that make industrial wedding venues so special is the unique, one-of-a-kind architecture and design. These venues incorporate brick, wood, and other fixtures to create the space, along with big windows to let in plenty of natural light!

Finding a venue is one of the first things you need to do, but it can often feel like the hardest part! This is the place where you’ll begin your marriage and start the rest of your lives together, so needless to say, it’s a pretty big deal. Make sure that your venue feels right for you, and that it’s a spot you’ll always want to remember as the place where you exchanged vows and married your best friend!
Once you’ve found a wedding venue you love, the next step is to book your photographer. I’m all about authenticity and capturing the way the two of you really are – not some phony, posed version of you! Your photos should make you feel, so when you get them back, you’ll remember every incredible memory of the day – from small moments to big feelings.
